Our first day at the beach, has been cloudy and cool, :-(, but, still very happy to be here!



We walked down to the pier today, it is about 4 miles away from the condo. To far! That little 8 mile walk about did me in.

Blue Beach Glass

For a short time I lived on a Navy Base. Me and my kids would go to one of the beaches called (glass beach) to collect little pieces of glass that washed up on the sand.

It's funny when I was there I wanted off the island but, now ...... what I would give to go back. There's nothing like island life.

I was always on the look out for the blue pieces.
